Kim Kardashian Weight Loss

Kim Kardashian looks great post baby Saint West. She appeared on Instagram alongside sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian. Apparently, Kim Kardashian is heading in the right direction with her weight loss. She looks slimmer and more fit sporting all black everything!

It has also been reported that Kim Kardashian has been working out non-stop following in the footsteps of sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian. On Jan. 19, Kim revealed on Twitter that she was “30 lbs. down today but 40 to go!” Way to go girl!!

With all eyes on her, she is doing the best she can. Kim Kardashian follows the Atkins diet to assist her with her weight loss. Kim also revealed that the Atkins diet has helped her with her weight loss after giving birth to baby North West.

For all of you out there who are wondering what the Atkins diet looks like, it is a low-carb high protein and fat diet. The main reason low-carb diets are very effective in weight loss, is that when people reduce carbohydrate intake and eat more protein like meat and chicken, their appetite goes down and they end up eating fewer calories without having to think about it! At least that’s what they claim on their website.

I am pretty sure that Kim Kardashian will eventually lose the baby weight with or without the Atkins diet.
