Ashley Greene is a total babe! but if you look closely, she has definitely had a rhinoplasty. She unquestionably had an open rhinoplasty which requires stitching. Usually the stitches are hidden or very close to the nostril so that they are not very visible and of course they heal with time.

Ashley’s early rhinoplasty is very common in Hollywood, especially as before turning to acting, Ashley wanted to be a model and nose jobs are very common in both fields, which rely on appearance.

I think it does not look that bad at all- unless you zoom in, which is what we usually do here at Celebrity Snob!
