Kim Kardashian: We All Know about Your Post-baby Nose Job!

Listen Kim K, we all know you had a nose job after giving birth to North. Quit blaming it on makeup and contouring. We, snobbish women who wear makeup everyday, know that makeup does NOT make your nose shorter or nostrils flare out the way yours do nowadays.

After talking to a plastic surgeon, he believes without a shadow of doubt that Kim Kardashian indeed had a nose job to straighten it and make the tip less rounded- shorter.

Kim will never admit to it but we hope that one of the Registered Nurses will come clean about it and ignore the confidentiality agreement mumbo jumb! I am pretty sure TMZ will pay $$$!
